What is the return policy?
You have 30 days to return your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@rodaulven.se
Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, with all original tags attached. Returned items must be free from wear, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent the items from being sold as new.
If returned items do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to assess their condition and adjust the refund amount accordingly.
Please note that not collecting your package or refusing delivery does not count as a return.
Orders must be returned to the address below using a shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

How do I get a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the returned items have been received and approved.
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold as new. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I recieve my order?
At checkout, you can choose to have your order shipped with either DSV or DHL. Once we receive your order, we process it as quickly as possible and hand it over to your selected shipping provider. You can expect delivery within 3–5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping provider: 49 SEK for DSV and 69 SEK for DHL within Sweden.
Do you ship internationally?
To order outside of Sweden, please first contact us on shop@rodaulven.se and we will do our best to deliver to your destination. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination.
Is this the official merchandise shop of Röda Ulven?

Do your products smell like fermented herring (surströmming)?
No, unfortunately they don’t. But wearing them shows that you’re brave enough to handle the smell and truly appreciate the umami taste explosion that fermented herring has to offer.
Can I buy fermented herring (surströmming) in this shop?
No, we only sell merchandise such as clothing and accessories. To buy our core product, fermented herring (surströmming), please visit your nearest grocery store in Sweden.

How should I wash my merch?
Wash inside out at 30°C and avoid tumble drying for best durability. Please see further care instructions on the label of each product. Our prints are made to last and withstand regular washing when care instructions are followed.
