Refund policy

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@rodaulven.se.

Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, with all original tags attached. Returned items must be free from wear, stains, odors, or any other condition that would prevent the items from being sold as new.

If returned items do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to assess their condition and adjust the refund amount accordingly.

Please note that not collecting your package or refusing delivery does not count as a return.

Orders must be returned to the address below using a shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the returned items have been received and approved.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold as new.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

CLAIMS

If you receive a faulty or defective item, you have the right to make a claim within 24 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of care, or normal wear and tear.

If you wish to make a claim, please contact us at shop@rodaulven.se as soon as possible after discovering the issue. Please include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos.
